Loaned Executive Program

Powerful Advocates Wanted.

Valley of the Sun United Way is searching for talented professionals with a passion for improving lives to join the Loaned Executive Program. Each year, Valley organizations lend their best employees to become advocates for advancing the common good. These individuals are on loan to Valley of the Sun United Way for three months during fall season, working in partnership with United Way staff to make a difference in our community.

If you have a passion for improving lives and want to sharpen your public speaking, sales and customer service skills, now is the time to step up and make a difference. Armed with the right skills and knowledge, Loaned Executives aid United Way staff in spreading the word throughout the community in the areas of education, income and health. When executives return to their employers, they return with enhanced leadership, management and communications skills as well as a deeper understanding of community issues and resources.
