Tips for Parents and Caregivers of K-12 Students

August 14, 2009

Valley of the Sun United Way has partnered with leading childhood development experts to bring you support tools to help your child succeed throughout the upcoming school year. These tips include important information from our School Readiness Kits including helpful suggestions on reading and math, as well as general education development at home and school. Also, for parents who have young children entering school for the first time we are offering our School Transition Checklist.

When you GIVE to Results That Matter, Valley of the Sun United Way’s Community Fund, your dollars go to support tools like these - an important resource for educating parents and caregivers to help ensure their children succeed. Thank you for your ongoing support!
