Position Summary/Responsibilities: 
Assist in the administration of all Windows platforms. Sets up, configures, and supports internal and/or external networks. Develops and maintains all systems, applications, security, and network configurations. Troubleshoots network performance issues.  Recommends upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment. Provides technical support and guidance to users.  Integrate and align these duties with other organizational information systems to support and promote the Balanced Scorecard initiative by providing excellent customer service to management, staff, and external customers.

Other Requirements:
•Minimum three years experience in Information Technology/Services or a degree in related field.
•Minimum five years relative professional work experience commensurate with no degree.
oThe right combination of education and/or relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of degree requirements
•Ability to work hours outside the standard 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM timeframe and to travel, if necessary. Position could be for example 11:00am to 8:00pm.
•Valid Arizona driver’s license, proof of automobile insurance, and daily access to personal vehicle.

Reporting to this position: No direct reports

Physical demands and work environment:
•Work is performed primarily in an office setting and while performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit and demonstrate manual dexterity.
•During specific times of the year, the employee is required to visit a variety of direct service settings across the community.  Additional mobility is required during this activity.
•Occasionally may be required to lift moderately heavy objects (up to 25 pounds) during the course of the workday.
